How does the plan work?
The plan covers a range of issues that might arise during the lifetime of your furniture. Providing the problem is covered by the plan, simply call the claims and advice line and a Emmiera representative will arrange to fix the problem.
What am I covered for?
Essentially, the Protection Care Plan provides cover for a comprehensive range of household accidents that result in damage or staining to your furniture.

How much does it cost?
The cost of the Protection Care Plan is based on the total cost of the items covered.
When you opt-in for care plan cover, all eligible items will be included in the calculation. Items that are not eligible for cover will be clearly marked.
The table below shows how much the care plan will cost based on your overall basket cost. The basket value is based on the overall cost of the eligible items only - Ineligible items will not be included in the calculation.
